No Ball Playing

The phrase “No Ball Playing” is posted on on every beach in the region. That means that during the summer, it is the most ignored city ordinance from Cape May to Long Beach Island. During a relaxing day on the beach Saturday (Aug. 8), I snapped pics of several violators, as well as other classic beach activities that are legal.
