Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa has just announced the launch of Borgata Nightlife Rewards, the first of its kind loyalty program designed for nightlife customers, proving it pays to party at mur.mur, MIXX, Gypsy Bar and B Bar.

By signing up for a My Borgata Card, nightlife goers will now earn comp dollars based on their spend at mur.mur, MIXX, Gypsy Bar and B-Bar, which can be used toward rooms, nightlife, dining, spa, entertainment, retail and more at Borgata and The Water Club.

Nightlife Rewards customers will also receive exclusive offers, perks and membership benefits via mail and email, including celebrity meet and greets, A-list vacation experiences and priority access to the hottest events at Borgata.

Borgata Nightlife Rewards will debut with the exclusive Soul & Cash Giveaway, where cardholders will have the opportunity to enter for a chance to win a Kia Soul automobile, cash and other nightlife prizes by visiting one of Borgata’s nightlife venues throughout the summer on the qualification dates.   Kia Soul car giveaways will take place on Aug. 22 and Sept. 5. For complete details, go here.

Customers can sign up for a My Borgata Card with Nightlife Rewards by visiting a Nightlife Rewards representative outside mur.mur and MIXX during their hours of operation or by visiting the MY BORGATA Center during hours of operation.

dusk at Caesars Opens with Big-Bash, Private Party

Saturday, June 27th, 2009

Eric Millstein and Kevin Friel, both former Borgata nightlife guys, along with Harrah’s Entertainment and the Red Stripe Plane group, have crafted one of the most-anticipated opening this summer in Atlantic City — the dusk club at Caesars. Last night, a private opening party brought out throngs of party folk and media people — who all seemed amazed at the place and how it looks nothing like the Planet Hollywood that used to occupy the space.

Nick Nolte, filming in A.C., was expected to make an appearance during the opening party (it will officially open for the public July 4) as were the brothers Madden (Benji and Joel) for a short set.

The sun may be rising again for Atlantic City with dusk in the picture this summer. Look out for a full story on the new club in our next (July 2) issue as well as a special slideshow from Friday night’s party.
