Pavlik Loses, Gatti Honored in Atlantic City
Monday, April 19th, 2010Kelly Pavlik disappointed throngs of fans from his hometown of Youngstown, Ohio, on Saturday night, April 17, — as well as boxing fans in Atlantic City — as the 28-year-old ex-middleweight champ unexpectedly turned over his belt to Argentine Sergio Martinez.
Aside from the fight, which was televised on HBO, it was a busy and turbulent weekend for boxing in and outside of Atlantic City.
