ATLANTIC CITY — The far-out vibe of the new Boogie Nights experience — set to debut May 4 — will soon spill out of the retro nightclub and right into the adjacent gaming area located at the venue’s entrance.
The Tropicana team is seeing to every detail to capture the pop culture and over-the-top fun of the groovy ’70s and totally awesome ’80s. From the décor to the music to the games to the staff, every aspect of the Boogie Nights Party Pit will prove that disco’s allure lives on.
“The Boogie Nights brand exudes excitement, adventure and pure exhilaration, and that’s what gaming is all about,” says Steve Callender, Tropicana’s senior vice president of casino operations.
Table enthusiasts can jump right into the action at Boogie Nights Party Pit with a Big 6 Wheel, two roulette tables and two blackjack games, all with custom-designed Boogie Nights layouts. Party Pit dealers and cocktail servers will keep the energy levels high, dressed in retro party outfits and shaking their booties to the time warp soundtrack.
Party Pit players will have the opportunity to indulge in some 21st century luxuries, smack dab in the middle of the funkiest table games area in Atlantic City, with available credit and cocktail service.
“We created this gaming area with Boogie Nights’ loyal followers in mind,” says Tony Rodio, president and COO of Tropicana Entertainment. “So their immersive retro adventure doesn’t need to begin and end at the nightclub’s entrance, but is also extended to their Tropicana gaming experience.”
