Hallucination at Revel, 52 Causeway Grand Opening

Two very big local projects are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after years of planning, construction and anticipation.
First, the brand new 52 Causeway (Somers Point-Ocean City bridge), a massive reconstruction project which has been underway for several years, including the changing of the infamous Somers Point Circle into a (much safer) intersection, was officially opened on Thursday, May 24, with a grand opening ceremony featuring New Jersey state and local officials. The second major grand opening is the $2.4 billion Revel resort in Atlantic City, which takes place as scheduled this Memorial Day weekend with a bevy of events — and four shows by Beyoncé — including a dance show, “Hallucination,” off the casino floor that will run every 30 minutes from 7pm-2am this weekend.
