$3.8 Million Jackpot Hits at Borgata, Biggest in Casino’s History
At approximately 11:30 pm last night (Dec. 30) a Maryland man in Atlantic City on vacation won a $3,843,951 jackpot on a $5 “Wheel of Fortune” progressive slot machine at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
“We couldn’t be more excited to end the year on such a high note,” said Tim Burke, vice president of slots at Borgata. “What a perfect way to ring in the New Year for one of our lucky Borgata customers.”
The $3.8M jackpot was one of the largest in the casino’s nine-year history, according to a statement released by the Borgata Monday afternoon, Dec. 31.
At the request of the customer, now a millionaire, no further information is available at this time.

I was there too. They were quiet because he was thinking he was having a heart attack, because he was so in shock. Good for them. I hope their room was upgraded, and comp’d all weekend. I believe the machine is back to a bit over 3MM.
Love playing those machines ini the front. But hate the gawkers when you only win 400.00. I prever the wheel of fortunes in the Muralto, it is much quieter.

I was at Borgata that night but didnt see the win, I won a jackpot that night too, but mine was missing a lot of zero’s ..lol only 1249.00

machine went to 550,000 i was there for the weekend and party. they get comps on time and denomination…so depending on how long they played that is where they get the comps from.
