VIDEO: Sparking Power Lines on Shore Road in Northfield

A week after Hurricane Sandy hit the New Jersey shore, power lines were sparking along Shore Road in Northfield (Atlantic County), about 10 minutes from Atlantic City, on the drive-home commute just after 5:15pm on Monday, Nov. 5.

The sparking cables, located along Shore Road, had drivers swerving out of the way and pushing towards the intersection at Mill, Tilton and Shore roads.

    I was several cars in front of you with the sparks flying by the side of my car. Scary!
