‘A Time For Wine II’ Tastings Continue Friday and Saturday, July 27-28

ATLANTIC CITY — A Time For Wine II, which opened in the beginning of July on the second level of Caesars (near Mia restaurant) as a complement to its smaller flagship store in the Tropicana, hosted the first of three taste samplings on Thursday night, July 26, as a prelude to Caesars Entertainment’s 2012 Food and Wine Festival (through July 29).
Two more samplings are scheduled for tonight (Friday, July 27, from 7-9pm), where guests can enjoy Nucky’s Boardwalk Red and Nucky’s Speak Easy Reserve wines (as well as have the opportunity to purchase autographed copies of Judge Nelson Johnson’s acclaimed novel Boardwalk Empire) and Saturday night, July 28, when there will be a Goose Island Beer sampling featuring Honker’s Ale, India Pale Ale, Belgium Style Matilda and Sofie ales, and seasonal brew Summertime from 7-9pm. Thursday’s sampling included varieties of Castello Banfi Wines from Italy, among them Belnero, Cum Laude, San Angelo, Rosso de Montalcino and Rosa Regale.
