Mays Landing Merchants Association Hometown Celebration Coming June 30
MAYS LANDING, N.J. — The annual Hometown Celebration presented by Mays Landing Merchants Association is set to take place Saturday, June 30. There will be water slides and bouncy rides, endless amounts of food, and unique merchandise being offered by over 100 crafters. And admission is free!
New to the event this year are the Auto Plaza classic car show (left), a pooch parade (below), Tastykake pie-eating contest, live music and local DJs. DJ Jersey Boyz kicks off the celebration at 10am with music and continual updates throughout the day. Crafters, food vendors, 
merchants and community organizations will line Main Street and War Memorial Park until 5pm.
The event holds fun for all ages. Children can enjoy the always-popular free train ride, water slides, gladiator pit, street entertainers, face painters and more. Fabulous displays of all kinds will take over Main Street. Ranging from home decor and art to clothing, handbags, and much more, the Hometown Celebration is sure to have something for everyone.
