ATLANTIC CITY — Frank Avalon Jr., son of actor/singer Frankie Avalon, and Edan Everly, the son of Don Everly (and nephew to Phil) of the Everly Brothers, were on the scene last Saturday night, May 26, at the Golden Nugget, where the Golden Boys performed all their classic hits.
The young Everly is Frankie Avalon (Sr.’s) guitar player when Avalon tours solo, and occasionally sings duets with him. Frankie Avalon Jr. is the drummer in his father’s band.
The Golden Boys tour includes Avalon, Fabian Forte and Bobby Rydell (all former Philadelphia

Frank Jr. & Edan are both really talented. Along with his super drumming Frank Jr. is very gifted in the recording studio as a producer. Edan is a terrific singer/songwriter as well as an awesome singer & guitar man.

Frankie Jr looks so much like his handsome Dad. If younger Everly is as talented as Harve Mann comments, I hope both fathers encourage their kids to get out there and be all they can be.
Even for Golden Boys of Bandstand, life is very short and not forever.
