Metallica Brings Two-Day Music Festival to Atlantic City
Metallica was live on the Web today, announcing that the inaugural Orion Music + More music festival will hit Atlantic City for two days — June 23-24.
Metallica will headline both nights, and play its Black Album in its entirety on one of the nights for the first time ever on US soil, according to the Web site orionmusicandmore.com.
Ride The Lightning in its entirety may be played as well.
The band will play with 22 other acts over the two days, including the following:

• Modest Mouse • The Gaslight Anthem
•Cage The Elephant • Fucked Up • Best Coast
• Hot Snakes • Titus Andronicus
• Gary Clark Jr. • Lucero • Roky Erickson

“More than just music, the festival will also feature a lifestyle element showcasing the band’s individual interests -- and allowing fans to interact directly with each of the band members,” the site states.
Met Club Ticket Pre-Sale is Feb. 8 (10am) to Feb. 10 (10pm)
The General Admission price for the Met Club Pre-Sale is $125 for a two-day pass, or $225 for a suped-up two-day pass with extras.
Tickets go on sale to public on Feb. 11 at 10am ($150 early bird; $175 advanced; both for two-day passes.)
VIP passes and travel packages are also available.
