This could be your family, taking in the sites of Wildwood while eating a specially prepared breakfast on Morey's Ferris wheel in Wildwood this summer.
WILDWOOD — There’s a new ride at Morey’s Piers in Wildwood!
Well, sort of.
On Friday, July 29, the second season of “Breakfast in the Sky” is set to begin. The scrambled egg special event in which guests have the opportunity to ride on Morey’s 156-foot high Ferris wheel while being served a wide array of breakfast foods, was such a hit last year that it has returned for select dates this summer.
The special menu includes several options including shrimp and lobster omelets, Belgian waffles with blueberries, and smoked salmon scrambles eggs with capers, all of which will be served with juice, breakfast breads, home fries and coffee or tea.
The cost for the special experience is $85 for one or two guests, $125 for three guests and $165 for four guests.
Each Ferris wheel car can seat up to four people.
The scheduled dates for Breakfast in the Sky is as follows:
- July 29-August 1
- August 5-8
- August 12-15
- August 19-22
- August 26-29
For reservations, call 846-1624. Morey’s Piers requests that patrons have their order ready when setting up reservations.
