Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City recently announced the addition of three Stephen Hanson/B.R. Guest Restaurants to Harrah’s Resort and Caesars Atlantic City family of dining establishments. The forthcoming additions include Dos Caminos, Atlantic Grill, and Bill’s Bar & Burger — all of which will open by this coming summer.

According to a media release, this will be the first time B.R. Guest restaurants will have a presence in Atlantic City, and is the company’s first partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
“The opening of  B.R. Guest restaurants at Harrah’s Resort and Caesars will continue to expand Atlantic City as a must-visit culinary destination,” says Jay Snowden, senior vice president and general manager of Harrah’s Resort and Caesars Atlantic City, in the release.  “Stephen Hanson continues to innovate the restaurant industry through his emphasis on remarkable food and exceptional service and we are looking forward to bringing the B.R. Guest dining experience to our properties.”

Guest Restaurants. “Guests of Caesars Entertainment expect an experience that truly stands out among the rest, and Dos Caminos, Atlantic Grill and Bill’s Bar and Burger are a collection of restaurants we are confident will be the perfect culinary fit to meet that expectation.”

Dos Caminos executive chefs Ivy Stark and Scott Linquist will put forth authentic Mexico City style quesadillas, tacos, tuna ceviche and fresh guacamole. The 209-seat restaurant at Harrah’s Resort will serve its famous signature dishes that range from $12-$28. Replete with water views of the Atlantic City Marina, Dos Caminos at Harrah’s Resort evokes the feel of an authentic, upscale Mexican cantina.

Atlantic Grill will open as Caesars as a 124-seat seafood restaurant known best for its outstanding fresh fish, raw bar and sushi. It will operate under executive chef Anthony Amoroso, who is best known for his passionate use of organic and sustainable menus.

Bill’s Bar & Burger at Harrah’s Resort will offer classic comfort food in a relaxed, casual atmosphere with bay views. The 178-seat restaurant and 21-seat bar will create a classic pub feel for patrons looking for a comfort-food style meal in a relaxed grill environment. Bill’s will be under the auspices of corporate chef Brett Reichler. Menu items will range from $4-$11 and include such items as grouper sandwiches, turkey burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, onion rings and crispy veggie fries.
