Camp Boardwalk Honors WWII Vets in May
A benefit for the New Jersey WWII Memorial will take place May 10, 2008, presented by Resorts Atlantic City in its Superstar Theater. The May 10 program will include:
7:30 – 8:00 PM Patriotic Salute to WWII Veterans & Camp Boardwalk
8:00 – 9:00 PM Joe Piscopo Live! with Orchestra conducted by Vincent Falcone
9:00 -10:00 PM Dessert Reception with Meet & Greet & Photo Op
Invited Guests include Gov. Jon S. Corzine and WWII veteran Yogi Berra. The evening to honor NJ WWII veterans and Camp Boardwalk will also include a special tribute to N.J.’s WWII vets on the A.C. Boardwalk and a military flyover. A special commemorative coin will be given to all private event guests. Tickets for civilians: $125 for show & dessert reception; $75 show only. For veterans: $60 for show & dessert reception. Tickets are limited and all registrations payable in advance by:

· Mail: Make checks payable to: Greater Atlantic City Chamber. Donors should note WWII Memorial in memo section. Proceeds to benefit WWII Memorial Commission and donations to be considered tax deductible contributions within the scope of Section 170 (c) (1) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations can be made out to: Treasurer, State of New Jersey.
