Seashore Gardens Foundation to Host Screenings of Glen Campbell’s ‘I’ll Be Me’
Seashore Gardens Foundation is screening the film I’ll Be Me — the remarkable story of superstar Glen Campbell’s diagnosis with Alzheimer’s disease and farewell tour — as an awareness and education program for those touched by the dreaded disease.
The screenings will be held Monday, Feb. 9, at 6pm at the Richard Stockton College Campus Center Theater in Galloway Township; and Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 6:30pm at the Congregation Beth Israel in Northfield.
Tickets are $15. The screenings will serve as a fundraiser for a proposed Teapot and Water Can Healing Garden and Sensory Trail at the Seashore Gardens Living Center, located at 22 West Jimmie Leeds Road in Galloway Township. The center plans to re-purpose an existing courtyard in our Comfort Care Neighborhood to be used by its Alzheimer’s residents and families.
